Now, you will sometimes encounter the sloppy, lazy, either/to ignorant who will shorten the phrase as 'how do you love it'. But let me tell you this thing: the 'much' will still be snuggled up in there nice and tight — not just implied, lil' Spank, but strongly implied. Meaning you should best assume and really dig into that. Your answer is never "yeah, i do; o'course, i do". That's the wrong way, Spank. You gotta get to work sprinkling details over that 'much' part. Pretend you work at the ice cream store or you're making child-friendly iced and sprinkled donuts. Why? Because that 'much' ain't gonna delineate itself. Just pretend your a professional donkey kisser. Heck, might be fun for ya, depending upon how ya hang your jib.
