I visited a Pho joint for lunch and ordered Hot & Sour soup and a couple of spring rolls with grilled chicken. Though the spring rolls were hunky, it didn't seem like that much food. Yet, I had to force myself to finish the meal and an hour later I felt stuffed to the point of bloated.
What in the proverbial heck, man?
I hope I can dump a fat crap before bedtime.

I again ate lunch at the Pho joint. But after yesterday's bloated experience, I ordered the Hot & Sour soup with two vegetable egg rolls instead of the grilled spring rolls. The egg rolls are less hunky than the spring rolls and the meal was just right. Afterwards, I felt sated instead of like a python that had just ingested a baby moose. 👍🏼
