Up and out of bed before 07:00. Woke up very congested w/sinus headache. 07:00 - 07:30 researching how I pulled mortgage statements for S.Q.P. back in June, 2020. S.Q.P. adding two acres to the existing eight, and the bank needs proof the Mxxxxxxx property isn't wobbly.

  09:30   H.T.N. called and we spoke for about an hour about The Massive Societal Changes underway in a nation-state near you!

  11:50   Brunchfast at IHOP^®. First time in years that I have visited an IHOP^® that wasn't busy to overflowing. Vagina-owner seated in the booth adjacent to mine: "I've got three people putting meetings on my calendar!"

Stopped by the Jos. A. Bank^® up there in co/PV at SHTC to see if they had any of the $29.99 sport coats, but the store is Out of Business.
